Easy Slow-Cooker Pulled Pork

Ingredients
  

  • 1 3-4 lb pork shoulder
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 C red onion
  • all over seasoning garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt

Instructions
 

  • Season your pork shoulder all over with garlc powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and brown sugar.
  • Place your seasoned pork shoulder and chopped onion into the slow cooker. Cook on low for 8-9 hours. If you're in a bind, you can cook it on high for a little over half the time but it will not be as tender!
  • Drain juices from crockpot and shred the pork with a fork. Serve on it's own with slider buns, or toss with sauce of your choice!
