Ingredients
  

  • 2 heads broccoli
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 c red grapes
  • 1/2 c red onion
  • 1/4 c sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 c slivered almonds
  • 1/2 c parmesan
  • 1/4 c bacon bits optional

Dressing

  • 1/4 c olive oil
  • 1/4 c mayo
  • 1/4 c apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard

Instructions
 

  • whisk together dressing ingredients in a medium/large sized mixing bowl
  • chop produce: broccoli florets including stalks into 1/4" - 1/2" pieces, halve grapes, dice pepper and onion.
  • toss all ingredients together in the mixing bowl with the dressing until fully incorporated! Refrigerate until you are prepared to serve! Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
