Creamy Ranch Chicken and Greens
Creamy, delicious, and packed with nutrients - this creamy ranch chicken will be a part of your regular dinner weeknight rotation!

- 2-3 chicken breasts
- 2-3 C frozen greens (or fresh) (Broccoli, green beans, peas, spinach, zucchini)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 C Mixed Cheese Optional
Pat chicken dry. Add chicken, ranch seasoning packet, cream of mushroom soup, and greens to the crockpot. Toss briefly to coat contents.
Cook on low for 4-6 hours (until you can easily shred chicken with a fork). At this point, you can choose to add cheese if you'd like (optional step)! Add 1 cup mixed cheese to the crockpot and allow cheese to melt (maybe 30 more minutes).
Serve as you please! Over rice or quinoa, potatoes, as a wrap, with a side of bread, whatever you prefer!
