Welcome! I’m Kelsie, a wife and mom planting roots on a couple acres just outside Kansas City. A former science teacher turned stay-at-home-mom, my love for children, chatting, and chemistry has prompted this virtual collection of shared recipes and experiences! Cooking is a science and since leaving the profession I’ve channeled all my nerd energy into my cast iron skillet. I love to cook for my picky husband, Matt, and my even pickier children, Brooks and Shea. Doing my best to serve my family and the Lord, and hoping to help you in your efforts to do the same!
